Ovington 023

The Bush Inn at Ovington in 1968. Situated on the old “Pilgrim’s Way” to Canterbury where it fords the river Itchen, this delightful old Inn has for its sign a Bush. Roman in origins and sacred to the God Bacchus. The motto of the Inn is “Hard to find but worth finding”.
